Winter Hours (Oct. 1 - April 30):
Monday - Friday - 6:00 am - 8:30 pm
Saturday / Sunday - 11:00 am - 8:30 pm

Summer Hours (May. 1 - Sept. 30):
Monday - Friday - 6:00 am - 8:30 pm
Saturday / Sunday - 11:00 am - 8:30 pm

Clubhouse Passes are currently PINK. EVERYONE must bring proof of residence and a picture ID to get a new pass. For additional fitness center/pool rules and information, please refer to your community handbook. Pool / Clubhouse passes will only be issued Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you come to the facility on the weekend without a pass or with an expired one, you will be asked to leave.

The McNeill Farms Clubhouse houses a living room, kitchen & bar area that is perfect for hosting a party or for joining your neighbors at a community event.

The clubhouse also houses a 2,000 square foot workout facility, complete with treadmills, stair steppers, stationary bikes, circuit machines and free weights.

The pool area is adjacent to the clubhouse and has a large patio area with lounge chairs, tables, a gas grill and restroom facilities.

The living room, kitchen & bar area of clubhouse facility can be rented out by residents of McNeill Farms for private parties. Reservations for parties are on a first come, first serve basis and can be scheduled at the clubhouse.
